Nauseous Rotbone is a twisted parody of a former apothecary turned demon surgeon who deals death instead of salvation. His body is covered in rot, spores, and mechanical infected instruments that infect everything around him with warp diseases. Not only does he heal Death Guard warriors in his own way, he also steals gene seeds from fallen enemies.
